How we vet every professional
The Zyntrix vetting process takes 2–3 weeks. It is thorough on purpose. Every verified professional in the marketplace has passed all five stages.
Application Review
Every applicant submits a structured application covering experience, portfolio, and technical depth. We review all submissions manually — no automated screening.
Technical Assessment
Shortlisted applicants complete a domain-specific technical assessment. This tests real-world problem-solving, not algorithm trivia.
Live Interview
A structured interview with a senior Zyntrix engineer. We assess communication, decision-making under ambiguity, and professional standards.
Reference Verification
We speak to previous employers or clients. Verified professionals carry a Zyntrix badge — this means something.
Marketplace Listing
Verified professionals are listed in the marketplace with their skill profile, availability, and rate range. Clients access these profiles directly.
Hiring or contracting?
