Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 March 2026

Zyntrix Solutions (Pty) Ltd (“Zyntrix”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website at https://zyntrix.solutions or engage with our services.

We comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA) of South Africa, and where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you:

  • Submit an application (marketplace access, talent, partnership, or recruiter)
  • Send us an enquiry through the contact form
  • Subscribe to updates or correspondence

This may include your name, email address, company name, website URL, and any information you voluntarily provide in form fields.

We also collect limited technical data automatically: IP address, browser type, referring URLs, and pages visited. This data is used solely for site security and aggregate analytics — we do not use individual tracking.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To review and respond to application and enquiry submissions
  • To provide the services you have requested or been approved for
  • To communicate important updates about our services or your account
  • To comply with our legal obligations under POPIA and applicable law

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for targeted advertising.

3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

Where GDPR applies, we process personal data on the following bases:

  • Contractual necessity — to fulfil services you have requested
  • Legitimate interests — to review applications and respond to enquiries
  • Consent — where you have explicitly opted in

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. Application data is retained for a maximum of 24 months. You may request deletion at any time.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies only. We do not place tracking or advertising cookies without your explicit consent. See our Cookie Policy for details.

6. Your Rights (POPIA & GDPR)

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your personal data
  • Object to or restrict processing
  • Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa) or your local data authority

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@zyntrix.solutions.

7. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. All data in transit is encrypted via TLS. We review our security measures regularly.

8. Third-Party Services

Our website is hosted on Vercel. Form submissions and newsletter requests are submitted through our secure website backend, forwarded to Google Apps Script, and stored in Google Sheets. Confirmation emails are sent via Resend. These providers process data in accordance with their respective privacy policies and applicable data protection laws.

9. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries outside of South Africa. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place consistent with POPIA Section 72.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
